Ever since I had to have my gallbladder removed in 2004, I am scared to death of eating becuz I don’t what foods are healthy and what foods are not. I usually use recipes from cookbooks or ones I find online to make my meals, but I don’t know if they are healthy or not. I don’t want to get sick again, I wanna stay healthy. Can you let me know how I can know if a recipe is healthy for me or not? Here is a recipe I wanna make but I don’t know if it’s healthy or not. Please take a look and let me know what you think about it.

Can someone with the “Healthy College Cooking” cookbook from Urban Outfitters look me up a recipe?

The recipe is for puffed rice balls, and I think there are two recipes in there. Both require puffed rice cereal (like Rice Krispies), peanut butter, and orange juice. I’d like to get this recipe, but I can’t find it online, and I didn’t want to buy the book at the time. Can you help me?
Thanks for the answers, but I’d prefer this recipe, or one with at least the same ingredients.. The point is that it’s healthy, just peanut butter, cereal, and orange juice ^^ Also, there was no cooking required, it was just mix everything together, roll into balls, and put into the refrigerator.. I’d know the recipe if I knew the proportions of the ingredients.

Why is it that the media makes it look like no one is in support of the health care bill?

Even though there are more middle, working class, and poor people than there are rich people. The media makes it sounds as if no one is in support of Obama’s health care bill?

How long will it REALISTICALLY take for me to look and feel healthier?

So, I am 5’0″ tall and I should weigh between 100-115lbs according to things I’ve read. I currently weigh 157.3lbs (I gained weight during foot surgery and illness… I was 136 :( ). If I jog 3 miles 5 days a week, walk on the 2 days that I don’t jog (I have to walk my dog, so I really can’t get a “day off”) and do weight exercises for my lower body, upper body, and core 3 days a week, how long should it take for me to start feeling and looking better? Also, how long should it take for me to reach 115lbs. The weight exercises I do are lunges, reverse lunges, plank, side plank, crunches, bicep curls, tricep dip, and some other exercises that I get from the Biggest Loser Fitness Program book.
I just don’t want to set myself up with unrealistic expectations.
