So I’m gonna start eating oat meal most mornings, with different fruits in it to mix it up. occasionally i’ll have toast or eggs as well. Are microwaved scrambled eggs healthy? Anyway, what is a good healthy lunch? Also some healthy dinners? nothing too fancy, but i want to be healthier!!
Also, i’m home schooled so for Home Ec. I need to have cooking hours. However, I’m on a low budget, so i can’t go out buying tons of ingredients. So what are some simple, yummy, and healthy recipes for lunch and dinner?!
(I’m open to more breakfast ideas as well, but i want it to be SUPER healthy!!) I’m 5’5 and 111 pounds. So i don’t need weight loss tips
