How can I organize my recipes from Everyday Food magazine?

 Powered by Max Banner Ads

I subscribe to EF, and have kept all of the issues for the past 18 mos. I use small post-its to flag which recipes I want to try, but I need to find a different way to organize this! I can’t flip through all of my issues every day when I’m trying to plan dinner. Any suggestions? I’d prefer not to rip recipes out & throw away the rest of the issue. Thanks!

Is there magazine that covers health and fitness issues for the family, not just for her or him?

I am trying to avoid subscribing 2 separate magazines. My wife and I are not regular in working out but we do it when time permits. If there is a magazine that provides sufficient information on health and fitness for the entire family, I would go for it.

How to do exercises in Men’s Fitness Magazine?

I just subscribed to Men’s Fitness and recently started working out. My question is how do you perform the exercises properly? I mean, in the fitness section of the magazine, there are usually three workouts (A, B, C). Do I do exercise A first, then rest a day, then B, then rest a day, and so on?? Also, some workouts require me to do exercises in between sets. Does this mean I do exercise A, exercise B, and then A, and B again until I’m done???

Please help me. I know that I over analyze things a lot, but I wan’t to learn how to be healthy.
Thanks.
Also, in Men’s Fitness, it seems like theres two different sections for workouts. Am I supposed to do the first section one day and the next section the next day? Or just choose a goal, and do the required exercises??
