Now that the health care bill passed the Senate, isn’t the final vote just a simple majority?

My memory about the Senate procedures is not that good from my government class and your help would be appreciated. The Health Care Bill already passed the Senate. When it comes up for a final vote (after being reconciled) to the House bill isn’t just a simple majority needed to pass? Is there another cloture vote that needs sixty votes?
