Why are most girls spelling “lose” “loose” in the Diet and Fitness section?

I’m just saying. It’s getting on my nerves. People should start learning how to spell before getting worried about their weight.

Do most fitness clubs charge for personal training?

or is that included in the membership? I was with another fitness club before before I moved but only went to run on the tread mill or do some weights. I live in Southern California now so if anyone could suggest somewhere where I can sign up? Im on a low budget though. I need someone who knows more about health then me. Im a fit guy but just want to build a little more muscle. I usually go running but I want to do more than that.
