Help! I spend too much time in the kitchen & need some simple tried & true “from scratch” recipes?
May 15th, 2010 My Health I like to cook healthy things from scratch, no bottled pasta sauces, hamburger helper, etc…I am so busy during the week though, and I end up spending WAY too much time in the kitchen, and money is another consideration.
Do you have any favorite, easy, budget friendly, but also home-made recipes to share?

Too much excercise? Is this ok?
April 18th, 2010 My Health I am just starting out on an exercise program and want to make sure I have enough rest time –
Saturday – I did a 60 minute Spin class – kicked my butt but I stretched and not sore
Sun – 60 minute Yoga Fitness class plus 15 minutes on elliptical and 15 minutes of light weights
I want to do some cardio today but not sure if I should rest
I feel fine
Why is there so much news about unions and the health care bill?
April 16th, 2010 My Health I don’t know anyone joined to a union and don’t know what these people have to do with America’s health care bill??? It sounds like they are helping to direct it.

Thanks President Tele…! I was a union member too, but that was many decades ago. I didn’t know they still had plans this good. Still doesn’t seem right they would be taxed anymore than any other corporation.
