What are some healthy lunches and dinners I could make for myself?

I’m in college and I’m not into cooking very much, but I want to eat healthy. What are some good ideas for healthy meals that don’t take long amounts of time and money? Even some names of recipes would be good so that I could look them up. Thanks! :)

I hate to cook but need to start making dinner for myself. What are some easy recipes?

I would like some recipes that are somewhat healthy and don’t use a lot of ingredients. I’m not a good cook so emphasize the “easy”. I greatly appreciate your responses!

Easy to cook recipes for myself, husband and daughter?

My idea of cooking for my family tends to be to chuck a load of ingredients into a wok or saucepan and hoping for the best, therefore my repertoire consists of stir fry, spaghetti bolognaise and the occasional take away.

Does anyone have any easy to follow, healthy recipie ideas that are also suitable to give my 9 month old?

Thanks

I want to kill myself?

This may sound stupid to some, but no matter what I do I smell. I shower twice daily, use antibacterial soap, and have tried every known antiperspirant/deodorant known to man. I smell only in my underarms. 15 minutes out of the shower, it smells like I haven’t showered in days. I went to the doctor and he just laughed at me and said he did not smell anything. The entire time I was in the waiting room, people were sniffling and coughing. I had blood tests done and everything was normal. This has been going on for 3 years. I can’t go out any more. I avoid social situations in general. I start school tomorrow and I don’t think I can endure the day with everyone sniffling, coughing, and looking at me. My parents know I have a problem, but they are like I should just deal with it, but I can’t. I don’t think I will live to see my 20th birthday. I have tried natural remedies too, such as charcoal, chlorphyll, and baking soda, but nothing works. I have given up on life.

I need help on making a fitness training program for myself?

I realize I might not be able to achieve my task but I want to set up a regimen to become healthy and make my body appearance better. I’m a 23 year old guy weighing 115 and I’m 5 foot tall. I had done some weight training back in high school but I stopped after those 6 months. I developed some peck muscle but I want to re strengthen them and all my other muscles really. I don’t want to lose weight but increase my muscle mass and give my body (esp chest arms and legs) a better appearance. A friend suggested I needed to work out every day but is it possible to just do it 3 times a week? I do know that I have to start slow but I don’t know actually how to start. Would a combination of sit ups, push ups, lifting dumb bells, running on a treadmill and bench pressing work? I also want to strengthen my legs and back. Is there anything I can do to help stabilize my balance? Another serious question is how can I exercise my back safely, I’ve had back problems and I want to strengthen it so it doesn’t go out on me. When I pull my back I can’t move for 3 days because of immense pain. Sorry for such a long question but I want to make sure what I’m gonna do is safe and won’t hurt me. I don’t want to strain myself and end up not being able to move for like a week.
