May 20th, 2010 My Health That would have been a legitimate argument but they spent months talking about things like death panels and the number of pages in the health care reform bill. They waited until the bill was guaranteed to be passed before they officially brought up the constitutionality issue.

Is anyone else just a bit confused over this?
