Muscle Tech protein powder help!! dunno how much to take!?

Today i bought the muscle tech 14day formula powder and was wondering how I should take it. I weight about 150 and about 5’8 and it says that I should take about 1-2 servings in 4-8oz cold water or skim milk.. What should I use because i don’t have a measuring cup to see how much I need to take exactly. If any of you know what I should use to take this please let me know. Do any of you take this and does it really enhance your muscle or build you up or is this just another fake fitness enhancer? Thanks.

Add to remaining powder. sift together. Process for 30 seconds. Store in airtight container, in a cool, dry place for 3 days, so oil can permeate powder. Use as any foot powder on clean, dry feet.
