Hi. I need to change my diet. My mom hates cooking. I wouldn’t mind but I don’t know how and she won’t teach me. She doesn’t make healthy, balanced meals and the few times that she prepares vegetables, they taste horrid and I’ve developed a strong dislike to anything that’s green and edible.

I need a few tasty recipes for preparing vegetables. I would also appreciate tips on how to prepare them so they don’t lose flavour and taste like rubber.

I snack on unhealthy foods like crisps and cookies, I’m also looking for alternatives: healthy and tasty snacks.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.
