I need a few tasty recipes for preparing vegetables. I would also appreciate tips on how to prepare them so they don’t lose flavour and taste like rubber.

I snack on unhealthy foods like crisps and cookies, I’m also looking for alternatives: healthy and tasty snacks.

Hair problems may be due to cosmetic causes, such as excessive shampooing and blow-drying, or due to underlying diseases, such as thyroid problems.
