cooking for 3 with different food allergies…need program to sort out recipes?

My husband can’t eat gluten or dairy, I can’t eat foods with tyramine (gives me migraines, foods like beans, grapes), and my son can’t have salicylates (a lot of fruits, spices, tomatoes). We are the opposite of Jack Sprat and his wife…almost everything is eliminated except meats and fish and rice.

Is there a program or website that will help me merge our no-no lists and create good healthy tasty meals?

I have a fine body, not too fat, not thin. But I have fats in my guts that I wanna get rid off. I do gym regularly and cardio exercises and now diet. But I decided to make my self look slim at the same time lean and muscular with abs. I’m thinking if I would need protein shake to help the process… and can please someone give me a good program schedule to make my body look and work better. thanks!

P90X Is the fitness guide a must with this program? How do the DVD’s work?

I am thinking about buying this product and i want to try to find out all the little details. So basically, do you really need the fitness guide to show you which exercises to do and when, or is it fairly simple to do whichever exercises you want whenever.

Now for the DVD’s. I’m not completely sure about this, so i will need some clarification. Do each of the exercises (ex. Chest and Back) have only 1 one-hour video, or are there multiple 1 hour videos with different exercizes as you keep going along.

I know its long but thanks if you can take the time to help me

Steven
