OR

Fitness-made simple six pack abs (if you’ve actually seen/done the program before)

If you feel that neither will be very good please make some suggestions for a good abdominal workout. Right now i’m skinny enough that you can see my abdominals, but they look really small to me so I really want to build them up. I read that weighted abdominal exercises will cause them to grow and pop out like crazy but I personally have no idea what to try! Thanks you guys!

How did this ‘reform’ go from helping the uninsured to a free for all in new programs?

why do people spend so much money on programs like Jenny Craig?

and weight watchers when there are so many good free programs that are free. There is a world of information online about fitness and exercise. I just started on a diet and exercise plan and found all the information free. Including food exchange charts, videos, etc all free. So why pay for the info. Help me understand the rational.
