I need to start cooking more healthfully using fresher ingredients. The thing is my toddler is very demanding and has a hard time sharing me with the kitchen (hahaha), so as of lately I have been sticking to hamburger helper and other things like that. It’s been messing with my digestive system and making me feel sluggish and unhealthy. My hubby isn’t normally home until between six thirty and seven thirty, so I like to have dinner done when he gets home. Anything that I can add my list of dinners that is healthy but doesn’t require a lot of time?

My Health I’m starting college soon and need some quick one-handed healthy snacks (preferably non-packaged junk, I already know about bars and such) and breakfast that I can eat while walking to the bus stop, and walking to and from classes.
I’m good with cooking, so it’d be good to cook things the night before….
What are your suggestions?

My Health I’m a full-time college student with a crazy schedule. I live with my fiance and we just spend way too much on groceries, yet end up with barely any food that lasts us more than a few days.
I’d like some recipes that are healthy, quick, easy, but also cheap to buy the food for. Also, we’d like a variety of foods- not just Ramen cooked 500 different ways. ha

My Health I’ve been trying to eat healthier and cut sugar out of my diet (only temporarily bc lately all of my meals everyday are composed of sugar). I’m not a good cook, and I’m a picky eater. I can easily destroy the simplest of meals. I don’t want to do canned foods, so I am wondering if anyone has any foolproof quick and easy healthy recipes that I wouldn’t butcher? It’s hard for me to add vegetables to my food, and getting me to eat a salad takes a lot of effort. What can I do? I don’t eat leftovers so I want something I can make for one. Help!
