A health and fitness type question. I have recently taken up jogging and….?

have had no problem doing a 20 minute run. I enjoy it. The wii fit program got me started and I took it from there, just using my common sense to judge my own limits as i do have some health issues.
Can anyone tell me if it is ”normal” for energy levels do dip drastically when a woman is having a period? I went to go out for my normal circuit this morning and was dropping before I got to the park!
I am 38, had a child by C section 6 years ago and have suffered badly with periods and all the ”JOY” they do not bring since I had him BUT I THOUGHT EXERCISE MADE IT BETTER! I felt dizzy and my legs were cramping up, amongst other things so I came right on home. Any opinions welcome…particularly HELPFUL ones! Cheers and Have Fun :0)

Ok..near the end of August I began a strict diet and exercise program..I eat healthy and work hard..I started at 200lbs..and now weigh 125lbs..I look like a totally different person and have even been asked by the owner of my gym to do some fitness modeling…but I’m beginning to get worried..I know I lost the weight fast..but I’ve always been able to gain and lose fast..what I’m worried about is now maintaining this weight..I dont want to lose anymore..but it seems as tho the scale wont stop dropping…I’m 5’7..125lbs..wear small everything and in a size 4/5…my BMI is like 19.8…Im afraid of falling into the underweight category…what can I do before it’s too late??

I have recently descovered baking. Are there any healthy and good recipes?

I love to cook, but have always been really good at cooking dinners, simply because I find that many baked goods are really bad for you in one way or another (sugar, carbs, gluten, etc.) I recently descovered, however, that I LOVE to bake.
I am also a bit of a health nut.
Does anyone have any tasty recipes to bake that are also at least not terrible for you?
