I’m starving, I really am. I want to make dinner, but I have no idea what to make. I would LOVE something rather easy, since I’m not in the mood to cook. Ideas? I’m a vegetarian btw.

Is this recipe healthy?

French Toast.
1.Mix 1 whole egg and one egg white with 2 tbsp milk some splenda and cinnamon.
2. Dip two pieces of whole wheat toast in the mix and put into pan.
3. Cook until egg is done and stick in oven to toast.
4. Top each slice with 1/2 tablespoon of Skippy Natural Peanut butter.
5. Enjoy!
It sounds pretty guilt free to me, what do you think?
