can anyone recommend a healthy diet cookbook for someone who hates to cook?

i am not a lazy person, i just hate handling and preparing food. the only reason i have a kitchen is because it came with the house. i try to eat lots of vegs and fruit when i do have an appetite. allergic to pork and processed meats, and msg and several seasonings give me migraines. i was hoping there was a cookbook out there that doesn’t only have recipes that require an extra salary and trips to the health food store.

Can you recommend a cookbook that has recipes made w/herbs and spices replacing lots of fat?

I want to cook healthier meals with lots of flavor and ditch the fat.

Can anybody recommend some good, healthy meals?

Hi there,

I’m finishing school this week (yay!) and next week Mum is going to let me cook a couple of meals. I want to cook something healthy, but Mum has somewhat of a hatred towards healthy meals. What I mean by that is she hates fruits and vegetables, like if she has five carrots on her plate she’ll eat half of one, and she never eats fruit (her excuse being “If I eat a piece of fruit, then that’s one less for you to eat”)
But I digress- can anybody recommend some good, healthy meals I can cook next week? Or can somebody please show me a good site where I can get healthy recipes?

Thnx,
G, xxx

What are some good natural shampoos/soaps/conditioners you would recommend?

It seems every time I use conditioner in my hair it never washes out, and same with soap on my hands. And I just want something natural so at least it is a bit more guilt free than the stuff I’ve been buying at the stores up till now.
Any homemade recipes or product suggestions, etc. would be very much appreciated.
Oh yeah and body washes.
Has anyone tried any products from Whole Foods and liked them?
Thanks.

Can you recommend a good natural/organic hair shampoo?

Can anyone recommend a natural/organic hair shampoo and conditioner that is good to add volume and get thicker hair? With essential oils preferably. Have you had any good experiences?
