can anyone recommend a healthy diet cookbook for someone who hates to cook?

i am not a lazy person, i just hate handling and preparing food. the only reason i have a kitchen is because it came with the house. i try to eat lots of vegs and fruit when i do have an appetite. allergic to pork and processed meats, and msg and several seasonings give me migraines. i was hoping there was a cookbook out there that doesn’t only have recipes that require an extra salary and trips to the health food store.

Can someone tell me if this dog food recipe is healthy and balanced?

I’ve researched everywhere on-line that I can think of and have avoided foods that are heavily disputed. Here goes:
1lb. ground sirloin, 90% lean;
4 eggs scrambled with the sirloin;
1 cup cooked brown rice;
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt;
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese;
1 can unsalted green beans, smashed;
2 carrots, grated;
1/2 cup extra virgin, first press olive oil.
This lasts 6 days for my 8-10 pound yorkie/poodle mix, at one to one and a half cups a day. I also give him one holistic dog biscuit a day specifically designed to clean his teeth and gums. Thanks for the input, I want to be sure I’m feeding him healthy and there is just so many contradictory advice.
I’ve been preparing this, ONCE A WEEK, since the food recall. It’s not hard, or expensive, and takes maybe 25 minutes.
Yes Deb I do cook the meat. I know a lot of people advise against it but just as many people say that you should, and I worry about the parasites in raw meat.

Can Someone Explain This Health Care Bill?

I get so confused when I watch the news and they start talking about politics and the health care issues. I know they just passed a health care reform bill. What does this mean? Do I get free health insurance now? And why are some people angry about this?

What can I find some simple recipes and instructions for someone who doesn’t have someone to guide them?

Besides some basic recipes, where can I find some information about different skills you need to know in order to prepare good meals?

So far I can make pancakes, toast, chocolate cake, pasta (I don’t know what to put with it!), rice, boilled vegetables, different ways of cooking of eggs and porridge perfectly.

Help? I’m 17 and this is something I really need to know!

Some other things that would help would be healthy snack idea’s and affordable meals for flatters.
Sorry for posting twice. I accidentily deleted the other question when it had 2 answers without seeing them =(
