Kellogg’s Special K Cereal for cooking?

Hi everyone,
I’m 26 years old, work full time, house cleaner, and the cook of the house as well =) I’m always looking for new recipes and creating my own healthy recipes for my fiancee and I. I’m a very healthy cook and I was wondering what you guys thought of this idea… I want to take Special K cereal and crush it very finely. I want to dip chicken in egg and then coat it with Special K cereal and bake it. What do you think? Thanks

Mini Almond Cakes doused in ruby red Raspberry Sauce crown this special party menu.
