Staying Healthy Naturally with a Herbal Nutrition Supplement

 Powered by Max Banner Ads

Even though conventional multivitamins and other dietary supplements are affordable and abound in drugstores and other retail, the herbal nutrition supplement is very popular among many consumers not only in the East — the stronghold of herbal medicine — but all over the world. One of the reasons for this would probably be because of the recognition that herbs have been used for healing and wellness purposes throughout time, and that the medical community is open to exploring the viability of various methods of natural medicine in preventing and treating diseases.

It has been said that even if you eat healthy foods and take basic vitamin supplements, it would not do you if a lot of good if your body is unable to absorb and digest the nutrients you’re taking in. A herbal nutrition supplement would aid in nutritional absorption because it nourishes the cells, promotes cellular communication, and enable them to function more effectively. It would also promote cell growth and repair. Botanical products such as herbs are very important nowadays because they help detoxify and cleanse our bodies, which are exposed to countless numbers of pollutants and other toxic substances in what we eat, drink, and breathe.

Some herbal nutrition supplements are being marketed for their anti-aging effects, and with the increasing number of baby boomers, such supplements are in high demand. This is not to say that they would keep a person eternally young; rather, they mitigate some of the most common effects of aging. For instance, studies have shown that bilberry extract can prevent eye problems such as glaucoma and cataracts; guggulipid extract can help relieve arthritis symptoms; hawthorne berry extract is beneficial for both hypertension and hypotension; and turmeric extract can help with symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and atherosclerosis.

Some herbal nutrition supplements are reputed to provide relief from minor ailments, aches, and pains, and to promote a generally good state of health. For example, ginger extract is said to help people who suffer from migraines, hay fever and nausea; green tea extract may assist in treating diarrhea, headaches, and stomach problems. In addition, it can help prevent tooth cavities from forming. A herbal nutrition supplement extracted from the mahonia grape is helpful in treating pimples, influenza, and urinary tract infections, while one called gingko biloba is popular among many students because it promotes alertness and concentration, and increases short-term memory.

Dietary supplements are classified as foods by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), not as drugs. Hence, they are not subject to the same regulatory scrutiny that drugs get. It’s only when there are complaints of adverse consequences from taking a supplement that an investigation will be launched. Consumers should be careful about taking herbal supplements indiscriminately; just because they can be purchased without a doctor’s prescription does not mean that they are suitable for all. Take for instance those weight loss supplements that were popular some years ago. They contained ephedrine, an extract from the herb ma huang. Those supplements caused a host of complications for many users, including seizures, myocardial infarction, and death, until it was finally taken off the market.

Many herb extracts are included in weight loss formulations. Ingredients like ginseng, chickweed, and kelp are said to facilitate the shedding of excess pounds. But keep in mind that there is no solid scientific proof that these ingredients do that. In fact, some of them can be extremely harmful if taken in large doses. Their effectiveness in helping a person lose weight is not being discounted; it’s just that more research and studies are needed to validate their alleged capacity to do so. Another thing to remember is that if you are already taking some sort of prescription drug, it is possible that you might experience adverse effects of drug interactions if you take a supplement in conjunction with it.

Herbal nutrition supplements are available in a variety of forms: you can buy as pills, capsules, gel, powders, or liquids. You can buy them online or offline and because of the proliferation of offerings, buying several kinds will not burn a hole in your pocket. Just be sure to be a wise consumer; it’s your health that’s on the line here. Try to find time to talk your options over with a physician or nutritionist so that you can be sure that you will be buying the right herbal nutrition supplement for you or members of your family.

Take Charge of Your Health with a Natural Vitamin Supplement

Do you really need to take a natural vitamin supplement? Today’s modern society ensures that most people are getting a good, steady diet which contains many of the nutrients, vitamins, and minerals needed to maintain health. However, the statistics regarding the vast amount of fast food being consumed is cause for worry. Nutritional deficiencies can no longer be attributed to lack of access to good food, but more likely are caused by the inability to make good diet choices. The answer to providing the body with all it needs is to take a natural vitamin supplement. After all, our bodies cannot manufacture these substances on their own so supplements fill the gap between diet and nutrition.

A natural vitamin supplement has other benefits, as well. They provide a boost to our immune systems, enabling us to fight disease. The harmful effect of toxins, such as those absorbed in the body through chemicals in the environment, are also ameliorated by vitamins and minerals.

What to look for in a natural vitamin supplement? The first thing consumers need to be aware of is that vitamins will only work correctly in conjunction with minerals. Always look for a natural vitamin supplement which also contains various minerals along with herb extracts, amino acids, bioflavonoids, and antioxidants. This is the best combination to teat a variety of problems and boosts the body’s nutrients.

However, there is no one combination of vitamins and minerals which will be best for everyone. Men’s and women’s needs are different, as are those for children and older adults. Many natural vitamin supplements are packaged and sold as meeting the nutritional needs of specific demographics. Most will contain at least the basic vitamins many people are familiar with: the B vitamins, vitamin C, D, and E, folic acid, and niacin, along with herbs and minerals. An enteric coating allows them to be absorbed gradually into the body.

Is there a benefit to natural vitamins over synthetic? While there is nothing harmful about taking a synthetic vitamin supplement, natural should always be the consumer’s first choice. Studies have shown that such substances as vitamin E in a natural form are more readily absorbed by the body and they remain active in the system for a longer period of time. The conclusion seems to be that humans are more receptive to natural vitamins and that they have the most positive effect on health.

Many people choose synthetic vitamins merely because they tend to be cheaper than the natural varieties. But when it comes to something as important as your body’s health and nutrition, is it really worth it to go with the least expensive option?

The best deals for natural vitamin supplements can be found online. There are a number of companies which offer substantial discounts, particularly for large quantities of multivitamin and mineral supplements. Choose the company carefully, however, and don’t be taken in by outrageous health claims or cheaper products which have been packaged to appear as natural.

Amazing All Natural Food Supplement With Incredible Income Potential!

Hello,

My name is Max Woody and I’d like to share some exciting information that can make a dramatic improvement in your health, lifestyle and your bank account.

At 42 years old, I’ve always exercised and tried to eat healthy foods and stay in shape. But, over the past few years I’ve had a few problems like fatigue, sleep problems and acid reflux.

Just recently I stumbled across an all natural product that has caught the attention of thousands of people worldwide for the way it has changed people’s lives for the better.

This product contains an ingredient called “Phytoplankton”. This special ingredient is the food utilized by the world’s largest and longest living animals and fish.

Blue Whales, humpbacks, baleen whales and others eat plankton and normally live between 80 and 150 years, all the while maintaining great strength and endurance and remaining sexually active until they die.

Until recently this food source eluded mankind. A sea farmer in Northern British Columbia has created a $30 million facility on the edge of the Northern Pacific Ocean to grow phytoplankton year round to feed his fish. He has a patent pending process that creates the “Spring Bloom” of phytoplankton 365 days a year.

When he developed a serious health challenge and Doctors gave him only months to live, he decided to start eating his phytoplankton. He thought “if it is good for my fish, why not me?” Needless to say, his health challenge is no longer.

Phytoplankton is the perfect nutrition for our cells. Dr. Jerry Tennant, MD.D., from the Tennant Institute of Integrative Medicine, states “There are very few products that provide all, or even most of the raw materials to make new cells and sustain the existing ones.

Phytoplankton may be Mother Nature’s most perfect and complete nutrition. It contains all the essential amino acids, is a great source of Omega 3’s, Vitamin A, Selenium, Iodine and much, much more.

The elements in phytoplankton are essential for the human body. It is no coincidence that the composition of human plasma is similar to sea water. With our over-reliance on land based food sources, we may have developed deficiencies in micronutrients and trace elements.

Jacque Cousteau stated “The future of nutrition is found in the ocean”. How can we easily access this nutrition? Forever Green makes an exclusive product called “FrequenSea”.

It is a pleasant tasting bio-available liquid that contains not only marine phytoplankton but other Sea Vegetables, frankincense, Rose, Ginger, Astaxanthin, pure fruit concentrates and more.

To find out more about this amazing product and also how you can join the thousands of other people that are experiencing great health and a very rewarding income, visit www.totalhealth2u.com today.

Your First Servings of a Nutritional Supplement

This article provides some suggestions on taking your first serving of a nutritional supplement. It focuses on starting an Aloe-Vera and Sea Vegetable supplement but can be applied to starting a variety of liquid nutritional supplements. It shows you how to get the best and the most from every subsequent serving you take.

So, how much should you take as your first serving?

First, if you have not already done so, complete a Health Evaluation Questionnaire and determine your health index. Once you complete the questionnaire and have determined your health index, you will have an idea of the amount and frequency of a liquid nutritional supplement is best for you. If you simply taste the supplement to see if it is right for you, a serving of one to two ounces is adequate.

Some general guidelines about your first serving:

1. Gently shake the bottle of your nutritional supplement. This will mix the tiny bits of sea vegetable pulp with the aloe vera. You should shake the bottle before every serving.

2. For your first servings, use a measuring cup. We have a tendency to under or overestimate how much is one, two, four or eight ounces so using a measuring cup will allow us to reset our estimating process.

3. Use the same glass every time. Once you’ve measured out the specific amount that you want to consume, pour it into your favorite juice or wine glass. Note the amount from the measuring cup and how much that amount fills your favorite glass. Doing this for a few days will eliminate your need to use the measuring cup. Note that you do not need to worry about taking too much of a whole food product. It is like eating oranges or bananas. You’re not at risk of overdosing with a whole food.

4. Take a small sip and hold the liquid nutritional supplement under your tongue. Wait about 10 seconds and repeat several times. Special cells under the tongue absorb nutrients directly into the bloodstream. You will almost be able to feel the supplement ‘disappearing’ under your tongue. It’s actually being absorb by these special cells. The more quickly you body absorbs the supplement, the more likely your body needs it!

5. Store your open container of Aloe Vera and Sea Vegetable liquid nutritional supplement in the refrigerator. It’s a whole food that has enzymes, amino acids, and other live nutrients. Keeping it refrigerated will ensure it maintains its potency. In addition to refrigerating a whole food, since it is a whole food the nutritional supplement can be taken on either an empty stomach or with meals. However, when first starting out, taking it on an empty stomach may cause some discomfort with those that have a stomach condition or any stomach toxicity. It could make your stomach feel queasy. If this occurs, you can reduce or eliminate the feeling by eating a little bit of food. The Aloe Vera in the supplement can also be used after a meal to aid digestion and ease any stomach upset or heartburn.

Before you drink your First Serving, take a moment to examine how you are feeling. Sense your energy levels, the degree of pain you may be experiencing, or how other symptoms may be bothering you at the moment. After taking your nutritional supplement (remember holding small sips under the tongue for maximum absorption), take another assessment of how you feel. Some people enjoy the benefits right away, others within a few days, and others over a period of a few weeks. The benefits depend on your body and the amount of toxins within it.

It is worth discussing toxicity for a moment. If you are concerned about heavy metals or toxicity (various elements within your body that have build up over time that your body should have eliminated but could not for a number of reasons) then you may be concerned that an Aloe Vera and Sea Vegetable combination may cause your body to detoxify too quickly, leaving you with an uncomfortable cleansing action. Aloe Vera by itself can have a laxative effect. Sea Vegetables on the other hand can cause constipation in some people. Combining the two into one liquid nutritional supplement may counterbalance these effects. However, you may still experience a bit of cleansing because of the heavy metals or toxins stored within your body. The remedy is simple. Cut your dose in half and add a little bit more each time you take your supplement until you reach your recommended dosage. The cleansing is a natural part of getting your body back to its most natural state. Not everyone experiences cleansing but for those that do, follow the guidelines and enjoy the benefits. It’s important to continue taking the supplement so just cut back a bit, then add a little more each day.

Remember to take the Health Evaluation Questionnaire and determine your health index for the recommend amount of your nutritional supplement. Hold it under your tongue for maximum absorption and take it each day as recommended. The benefits to you of any nutritional supplement will come over time. Follow these guidelines and enjoy your Way to Wellness.
