My Health We need more ideas. Our favorite to date is Sweet Potato Balls.
Mix Together:
insides of 2 sweet potatoes
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons milk
Form into balls and roll in
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 teas. fresh finely minced parsely
cook by baking on greased baking sheet in pre-heated oven for 10-15 mintes or until egg is throughly cooked.

May 31st, 2010 My Health I am looking for a good website that has healthy toddler recipes or meal plans. Preferably one that has easy/fast recipes (im not that great of a cook lol).
May 2nd, 2010 My Health I have a 23 month old girl with natural curly hair (which she gets from me). What shampoo and condition or combination shampoo/conditioner should I use? I currently use Johnson & Johnson’s shampoo for curly hair so it doesn’t hurt her eyes if it gets in her eyes. Are there any other products out there that wouldn’t hurt her eyes? Something you can buy at Target, Wal-Mart, or a salon?
April 1st, 2010 My Health I hate giving my children OTC medicines, so I was wondering if there are any good natural remedies for cold symptoms (cough, runny nose, etc..) and a fever. Thanks!
March 25th, 2010 My Health My daughter will be 2 in January and has had a cough for about a week now.She has a cold. Are there any natural cough remedies I can make for her and give to her to maybe help ease the cough and help the cough go away faster? Thanks for any input, and/or help.
