How do you lose weight in 3mths?

I would like to lose weight and get really toned by March. I will be going to Miami and I would like to look nice while out there visiting and in my 2 pc. Is there anything I can do to lose my stomach and work out my inner and outer thighs. I also need some good healthy recipes I can use for dinner, I love to cook. Thank you!

vegetarianism and weight loss?

i just recently decided to go vegetarian, however, i’ve been trying to lose weight on top of it. i don’t do fad diets (they don’t work and are bad for you) and i’m very healthy about it however, most “healthy cooking” recipes include meat. i do eat fish but you can only eat so much of something. i don’t want to deprive my body of needed proteins or starches…any one in the same boat? any suggestions?

and yes, i exercise when i can between work and school.

and before those who are quick to answer because they want their 2 points to be rude, i already ate your mom’s tree.
i’m sorry, i’m a pescetarian then (which DEBATED whether or not it is considered vegetarian). do you eat animal bi-products at all? perhaps a vegan would consider you non-vegetarian for eating unborn baby chickens when you eat eggs? or stealing the milk away from baby cows when you drink milk? you don’t like my question, then don’t answer it.

Weight Watchers friendly Recipes?

Does anyone have some YUMMY recipes that are low calorie, low fat high in fiber?
I have looked on the site and found a few things but theres so many and no ratings (suggestion to WW to add a rating button!)
I don’t need the point value as I am a weight watchers Member, just looking for ideas.
It would be for my husband and I.
I don’t care for foods that are 90% veggies
I like cheese, pasta, chicken, turkey…
I want to start cooking healthy so if I get even one recipe, that would be a huge plus!
If you’ve had it before: could you rate it on a scale 1-5, 5 being the best.
Thank you for your time.
sounds interesting petluver.

I love black beans and brownies!
