Ethnic Women, What Is A Good Shampoo Conditioner For Natural Curly Hair?

and a good moisturizer?

I have been using Palmers Olive Oil and it makes my hair even more tangled and thick. I use to use Pink Lotion and that worked well. but is there any other?

I heard of Kera Care and Aphrogee ( I think thats how its spelled)

and I need a detangler as well. My hair is very thick and curly. It’s natural.

What is the best cardio workout DVD for women?

I am hoping to start a home fitness program this summer, and my main issue is losing overall body fat. My big trouble zones are the belly and chest, but I think overall body fat loss is my goal. So I’d like to incorporate mostly cardio, perhaps with some ab emphasis. I am 5’8″, 155, if that makes a difference, and not terribly experienced with exercise routines, but I’d like to start making it a regular part of my day. I would have perhaps 45 minutes to an hour per day to devote to this, although I’m not sure if I should be doing it every day. I’d like to eventually get back down to about 130, where I was in high school, although I’m aware that might take a while. College life has not been kind to my body!

I have considered a gym membership or just working out on my own, but the sad truth is that I know what motivates me, and having that DVD case staring at me every time I go to watch TV should do the job! Does anyone have any particular DVDs to recommend, or any other specific tips for me in getting started?

What are some healthy meals/recipes for Pregnant women?

I am pregnant and want to start eating healthier. I’ve never really been much of a cook, so I kind of go blank when it comes to making meals. Are there any recipes you enjoyed while pregnant or something that you recommend? Thank you.
