This is a repost. I wasn’t specific enough. I would like to get something healthy if possible. Thanks!

If the health care bill were to cover everyone, how would rationing be prevented?

With a such a high national debt and the trillions we are already out on unfunded liabilities such as social security, I don’t understand how it would be possible to pass a bill like this and not ration care. I’m just wondering if there are any supporters out there that could explain how this could work.

What would be the effect of using mayo/olive oil in hair daily?

My hair is fried from bleach and apparently mayo and olive oil are great natural conditioners. Would my hair be healthier if I used them daily?

I would like some tips to healthy eating habits?

I live with my parents right now, and honestly, they don’t have the healthiest diets. They both work, so they don’t cook often, and if they do, it is usually quick, sometimes frozen, and always unhealthy.

I didn’t even eat what my mom made tonight because it was so unappetizing to me.

I know that cooking using fresh ingredients is healthy and also tastes better. But it requires a lot of trips to the grocery, which I don’t always feel like doing. Does anyone have advice on how to make this habit easy to pick up? And any tips on what to buy, like how long of a period of time should I shop for, ideally?

Share your experiences on how you reached your goal to a healthier lifestyle.

Links to yummy healthy recipes would be appreciated, though not necessary!
I do eat meat. I like red meat and chicken a lot. Not really pork, so much. I don’t like seafood.

I am fighting an aversion to vegetables I have had since I was a kid. So far I’ve liked pretty much every veggie I have tried, but I’m still having a hard time working up the courage.
