In it is a provision to jail anyone who does not get acceptable health insurance coverage. The penalty is that you are “subject to numerous civil and criminal penalties, including criminal fines of up to $250000 and imprisonment of up to five years.” Criminal penalties Prosecution is authorized under the Code for a variety of offenses. Depending on the level of the noncompliance, the following penalties could apply to an individual: • Section 7203 misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year. • Section 7201 felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years. The democrats have left many of the spending items out of the CBO score of the bill. And estimates are abortions will increase by 400000 per year with this bill. One dollar per month of premiums goes into a special fund to finance abortions.

if you don’t actually do anything else on your list this coming year, please think of not only your outer appearance (sculpting muscles, looking hot in a two-piece, etc), but think of your overall health!!!

if you are not currently doing a regimen, please consider the following:

1. work major muscle groups (chest, back, shoulders, core, and legs) there is really no need to isolate muscles when doing 2-3 sets of an exerise per major muscle group. (example: when doing chest {push} exercises, you are already hitting your triceps. another example: when doing back {pull} exercises, you are already hitting your biceps
2. work your way up each session (keep a log) by going up in reps, sets, weight or frequency (number of days per week)
3. follow your weight program with cardio, ideally 30+ minutes (your metabolism is at it’s highest immediately after weight training, making this the time that is best for burning the most calories)
4. start out with twice per week, then try to work your way up to more days per week. but remember – - – - even ONE day a week is better than none at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5. at the end of the year, you’ll be able to look at your log and see how far you came…how much stronger you are. but most importantly, your doctor will pat you on the back and you will have guys/girls (whichever you prefer) admiring that new physique!!

i hope this helps to encourage at least one person out there to get started at their local gym or dust of that equipment in the basement after the 1st, if not sooner!!

I downloaded an aerobics video from the internet. I don’t have any aerobics instructor close to my place. I have too much flab on my buttocks, like that of a girl’s buttocks(no offence, but I mean the shape and size of my butt is more girl-like rather than like a guy’s should be), and also, a not so slim tummy. The video has only girls working out in it. But it doesn’t say that the exercise is meant only for girls. The video I have is – TPOWIS-Super Shape-Up Program Stretch And Strengthen shiny unitard fitness aerobics.avi. Is it ok for me, a guy,to practise these aerobics exercises so that I can shape up my abs and buttocks?

The health care mandate was the proposed republican alternative to Bill Clinton’s health care proposal. It was created by a republican think tank in the early 90s.
