watery, carbonated yogurt????

i bought a pack of those small, personal size yogurts a couple of days ago and they were normal looking when i bought them. last night i went to eat one of the yogurts and the foils covering all the containers of yogurt were all puffed up, like as if they had been inflated. i opened a yogurt and it popped loudly and little bits of yogurt flew all over my face and shirt. i was not happy. i went on to consume the yogurt, and it was a bit carbonated, almost like kefir, and a little watery.

what happened to my yogurt??? has it gone bad? the expiry date isn’t for a while now, so i know that’s not it, and the colour was normal……

i should add that the yogurt is liberty brand, so it’s organic, and that the walk from the grocery store to my house may have altered the state of yogurt b/c it was extremely hot out. it was only about a 10 minute walk, but could the intense heat have affected it?

sorry about the length of this! let me know if you have any idea what may have happened!

Can I culture Almond Milk with Vanilla Soy Yogurt?

Or rice milk, or just soy milk.

All I have and could find around here is vanilla.. Would that work? and I can add more vanilla to the finished product? Or would this not work at all? I really need to make more yogurt.. :x

And what about kefir? How do you make that?

Vaginal douching with yogurt & kefir. 10 points?

If you are able to my answers with detail i will give you 10 points…

I am interested in giving myself a yogurt douche to replace the good bacteria in my vagina. I was told that unpasteurized, organic active yogurt is used for this method however i heard that kefir is the most potent source for probiotics.

Would it be ok to mix the yogurt with the kefir to get a better source of good bacteria?

If you dont know what i am talking about please move along. Thanks…
